Hello! I'm a Maine-based photographer in the Portland area and I have lived in Maine all my life. I take my camera everywhere and love taking photos of people, places, and concerts. I love photography because I see it as the practice of creating images that are symbolic of greater meaning. What goes into every photo extends far beyond the moment the shutter fires. Photos and videos are one of our most powerful tools in this digital age for celebrating ourselves and our loved ones. As someone who hasn't always enjoyed being photographed or seeing photos of myself, I take a lot of pride in capturing people in the best light possible.
